It is a rule to save your work or idea. The purpose is to save your work from someone steal it from me. This is some examples, if I have homework my teacher told me to do it like research, and I go to website to catch someone work. Public means I can take anyone work, it is for people. Domain means web it has like music, video or picture. Government website it is public to everyone. In my opinion the copyright law it is good thing to someone work very hard or his idea about something he do. The positive things in copyright law is to save my idea or my work to anyone want catch it. I think they are not negative things about copyright law , it is save our idea or work. I do not think so to be improved, it is work very well naw. I think he does not to pay money when he listen to music on the internet because when I listen to it in YouTube before the video they are ads. In my opinion he should to pay money when he download and save music. They make a money when you listen online, if you download it in your computer they do not make a profit .They should not able to download anything online and sell it for a profit because it is not their work.
